What these cover

Organic, food-safety, chemical-application, livestock-treatment, withdrawal, and sustainability records are captured as structured operating data first — so a report is an export, never a re-entry.

The traceability packet joins each harvest lot backward to the inputs applied to its planting and forward to the customers it shipped to. That single row is what a recall or a buyer audit asks for.

Cost of production rolls inputs, labour, and direct expenses up by enterprise, so a crop or a herd can be compared against what it earned.
