Reports

Every chart is built from the records you already logged, and every one exports to CSV. Nothing here is re-entered.

Jul 9

Three harvest lots out of twelve are linked to their plantings, so a recall would trace only a quarter of the crop back to inputs. All re-entry intervals are on file. Forty-seven expense lines and twelve labour entries lack enterprise assignments, leaving them out of your cost-of-production report. One document has expired and will not pass audit.

Traceability packet

Each harvest lot joined to the inputs applied to it and the customers it shipped to.

What these cover

Organic, food-safety, chemical-application, livestock-treatment, withdrawal, and sustainability records are captured as structured operating data first — so a report is an export, never a re-entry.

The traceability packet joins each harvest lot backward to the inputs applied to its planting and forward to the customers it shipped to. That single row is what a recall or a buyer audit asks for.

Cost of production rolls inputs, labour, and direct expenses up by enterprise, so a crop or a herd can be compared against what it earned.
